It came out in 2 minutes go figure. 2 minor scratches shown in photo getting the 4500lb winch into space was challenging. Screws are all accounted for the 2 missing on face plate you actually use stock black bolts so even though it looks like a couple this is complete set. I had these on my 2019 Xp Turbo just sold kept the winch for a pro r that requires different mount and face plate.
