Missing solenoid and other parts comes with just the motor metal wire as pictured only. Once the power is engaged, motor spins and metal wire moves in out unit also make quite loud grinding noise while motion. As is for parts or repair will carefully pack and quick shipping via FedEx ground. The winch does not seems to work properly it will need dial and press all the way up / or down for power engage.

Sometimes it needs to repeat dial as the first one does not get power through.
